We believe that it is not enough to supply technically outstanding products. Service, expertise and local customer support are also important to us. Sennheiser has long been recognised for the assistance it provides to professional customers around the world. Specialist teams help across a range of topics to solve technical and logistical problems that go beyond national borders. The Sennheiser Global Relations Team, for example, supports local Sennheiser partners on international events, and provides high-profile artists, sound engineers and rental companies with assistance around the globe. Sennheiser’s Application Engineering Team provides constant support to customers in the configuration, programming and commissioning of systems, and runs practical workshops for international customers.
Our Sales and Marketing teams go beyond national borders: we work together in international project teams to further strengthen the Sennheiser brand across the world. In 2007, we decided that as a result of the strong growth in consumer products the consumer Sales and Marketing teams and some of the associated new product development should be concentrated in Singapore. This has put us even closer to the trend-setting, rapidly growing Asian market, while maintaining close contact with the company headquarters in Wennebostel.
In terms of production, whether in Germany, Ireland or the USA, modern forms of cooperation guarantee the high levels of motivation demonstrated by our employees: the successful expansion of group work in almost all areas of production has made a significant contribution in this respect. Continual qualification measures in all areas of the company accompany and support the constant optimisation of our production.
