PC 333D and PC 163D: Sennheiser´s new gaming headsets with 7.1 surround sound

With the PC 333D and PC 163D Sennheiser is launching two gaming headsets with 7.1 surround sound. Both models have been developed along with top eSport team mTw. They offer a decisive competitive advantage – gamers can estimate quicker how far away their opponent is and what direction he is approaching from.
   

The new PC 333D and PC 163D headsets combine Sennheiser sound with Dolby* Headphone technology. With their 7.1 surround sound games are turned into an extraordinary experience. The 360° acoustics provides gamers with crucial advantages: “With 7.1 surround sound you can precisely locate your in-game competitor in virtual space, even before you see him. Which means you’re always a step ahead of him”, explains Christoffer Sunde of top eSport team mTw. Both headsets feature a noise-cancelling microphone, which guarantees crystal clear voice transmission even in loud surroundings. 
   
PC 333D: Excellent 7.1 surround sound at LAN parties
The PC 333D is especially suited to LAN sessions. Its closed design and 7.1 channels make every detail audible in the virtual environment. Annoying ambient noise is blocked out, so gamers can concentrate totally on their game. At the same time, the PC 333D has a special feature: the right ear cup can be flipped upwards as is familiar with DJ headsets. This means you can communicate quickly with your fellow team members nearby. The developers have also ascribed great importance to its intuitive ease of use. The playback volume can be adjusted directly on the ear cup. Plus, it is easy to switch off the microphone by flipping the microphone arm upwards.
  

  
PC 163D: 3D gaming with superior wearer comfort

  
With its open design, the PC 163D provides not only natural sound reproduction but a cool head as well. With its perforated ear cushions, air circulates constantly. This means even lengthy sessions are no longer a problem. The light headband and adjustable microphone arm provide extra wearer comfort. A volume adjust with mute switch is incorporated in the connecting cable.
  

Both headsets are supplied with a 7.1 surround soundcard.
